 Downtown is a short drive from West Seattle or you can even ride the water taxi (Check website for schedule and fares).

You can also walk or drive on the full size Fauntleroy Ferry (Check website for schedule or fares), about a 10 minute drive from the Alki area to visit Vashon Island or Southworth.



 Explore the historic 1913 Alki Lighthouse.

Try fishing in Elliott Bay, with a spectacular view of the city and Mt. Rainer on clear days.



Pack a lunch and enjoy the sights.

Rain or shine the Alki beach is always enjoyable.

You can ride, walk, skate or run the 2 1/2 mile Alki Trail that runs along Elliott Bay.



The 136 acre Lincoln Park is just an 8 minutes drive from the Alki Area.



The park with picnic shelters, playgrounds, tennis courts, beach access, hiking trails, outdoor pool and more.

Wildlife viewing is great from any of the trails.
